Webber Favorite of the Week

3 Ne. 29:9
Turn, all ye Gentiles, from your wicked ways; and repent of your evil doings...and come unto me and be baptized in my name, that ye may receive a remission of your sins, and be filled with the Holy Ghost, that ye may be numbered with my people who are of the house of Israel.

Caleb says, "I like this scripture because I'm getting close to being baptized, and it says if we are baptized we'll turn clean."
Kade: "I like this verse because to me, being baptized is really special because when you are baptized, you can be filled with the Holy Ghost and become part of His people."
We also like this scripture because it includes everyone, and even when we sin, He still wants us to come to Him and repent so we can be with Him.

  1. Wow! What a powerful scripture! I'm so impressed that you chose this one. It is amazing to me that, as Bethany also mentioned on her scripture, what the Lord asks us to do is so simple that ANYONE can do it. And we are all given that chance. The challenge is that we have to be humble enough to believe Jesus Christ and do it exacrly the way He said. It is not enough to just be a good person. We have to be baptized and receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. Thanks Webbers!
